Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If upon receiving your item you decide would like to make a return or exchange email us at email@example.com. Make sure you include your order number in this email and attach at least two photos of the item (both defective or non-defective).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The customer will be responsible for shipping cost of returning the product and may be subject to a restocking charge of up to 20% (customers receiving defective goods are exempt).
Do not ship or return the product until we provide you with:
a. a return address; and
b. a return authorization number.
Any returns received without prior communication and approval will be denied.
Shipping charges incurred during checkout are not refundable.
